Recent Modern Art Exhibition Projects 89

Presentation Art shows are the spots, which will be intriguing to individuals of all ages and any sexual orientation whenever. â€Å"A normal impact of the Museum display will be to lead general society to enquire why it is that objects of ‘museum quality’ are to be discovered uniquely in Museums and are not in day by day use and promptly obtainable.† (Coomaraswamy, 13) Without any questions, every show presents something new and exceptional to the lives of a huge number of people.Advertising We will compose a custom examination paper test on Recent Modern Art Exhibition: Projects 89 explicitly for you for just $16.05 $11/page Learn More One of such presentations, which intrigued me a ton, is Projects 89 by Klara Liden. This show was opened February 25, 2009, and will be shut June 8, 2009. Regardless of the way that it isn't a lot of time to impart her creation to heaps of individuals, this show has just intrigued somebody. The thoughts of disobedience, want to ac t and show individual vision and perception of the occasions †this is the thing that propelled Klara to introduce this advanced workmanship presentation. Conversation Art and Enthusiasm of Klara Liden One French Thomistic thinker, Etienne Gilson, conceded that it was smarter to turn around to pictorial philosophical methodology so as to show how artistic creations and, simultaneously, other craftsmanship magnum opuses could without much of a stretch exhibit the solid demonstration of presence. (Gilson, 7) This youthful Swedish craftsman with her display viable is brimming with energy. Would it be able to be that a major clear box, set at the focal point of the room, ends up being fairly alluring for some individuals? At the Museum of Modern Art, this occasion accumulates an ever increasing number of individuals consistently. This crate can't remain amazing for an extensive stretch of time †it would be not that fascinating to watch, this is the reason Klara Liden makes this animal work, racking. Also, at long last, it is important to concede that advanced craftsmanship can't disregard developments with different video and sound increments, along these lines, in the corner on the floor, there is a video screen, where short video is appeared during three and a half minutes. The unconventional component of this video is Liden’s nearness on it. She remains on the Manhattan bank of the East River and avoids little stones over the water. To my psyche, such decision of the video isn't easygoing. These stones in the water may represent an actual existence that keeps going not for an extensive stretch of time, however its developments are extremely splendid and pull in the consideration of numerous individuals, and the results of these developments, the follows on the water, energize over and over. Liden’s display keeps going during a specific timeframe, and, as the follows in the water, left by the stone, her work ought to be remembered for a si gnificant stretch of time. What Newspapers Write about the Exhibition Not numerous magazines and papers are prepared to depict the occasions, which happen now in the Museum of Modern Art, notwithstanding, New York Times presents an enthralling article about this craftsman and her capacities to make staggering things to the watcher. Holland Cotter expounds on the shows the following:Advertising Looking for research paper on craftsmanship? How about we check whether we can support you! Get your first paper with 15% OFF Learn More The thought, as I read it, was to keep a bit of the show outside the workmanship space and on the planet, which implied consolidating the world †whoever happened to sit on the seat †into the show. Throughout the years she has arranged comparable exchanges among workmanship and life in different spots, in different ways. (Cotter, 2009) So, individuals, who do appreciate the quintessence of craftsmanship and the thoughts, which craftsmen need to speak to in their works, will absolutely comprehend that this case of papers is anything but a basic social event of various sheet of papers. It is a history that is firmly associated with individuals, their lives, and their future. Different articles in papers and magazines like to depict this show and offer the thoughts of what they see there: â€Å"architectural mediations and establishments by tearing apart existing structures and materials, for example, cardboard, creased metal, drywall, wood, and floor covering remnants.† (NY Art Beat) Any bit of craftsmanship might be contrasted with one another. Is it conceivable to relate sonnets and historical center displays? To my brain, it is very conceivable. For instance, Jacques Maritain told that â€Å"to some degree, even in the most dark sonnets, in any event, when the writer turns his back totally on insight, the comprehensible sense is consistently there.† (Maritain, 261) Almost the equivalent occurs during the show by Klara Liden: she makes an endeavor to disregard the reasons and results, and make something untraditional, however thinking about some cutting edge highlights and advancements. This is the reason her work is something extremely canny and valid. Determination People ought to get an opportunity to disregard their present issues and issues, and engage for some timeframe. Current displays are, where individuals can do it effortlessly. Creative mind of specialists and their thoughts are normally very extraordinary and stunning. Klara Liden is a Swedish craftsman, who presents her display Projects 89 at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Her work and video record end up being truly fascinating and unordinary for our occasions, this is the reason loads of individuals are anxious to visit this display over and over. Employee Relations for Healthy Working Conditions - myassignmenthelp

Question: Talk about theEmployee Relations for Healthy Working Conditions and Maternity Leave. Answer: There is no addition expressing the way that the trade guilds have without a doubt assumed a urgent job during the nineteenth to20th century, in setting up proficient measures for different businesses and making sure about representative rights for all the laborers, regarding getting benefits like the lowest pay permitted by law, solid working conditions, maternity leave and others. In any case, in todays world, the normal occupation residency of representatives has tumbled to as low as 4.4 years and henceforth the bartering understandings between the association speaking to the worker points of view and the businesses have neither rhyme nor reason. As a matter of first importance, before contending against the significance of worker's guilds speaking to representatives needs in the current world, it is imperative to express that the greater part of the associations work in level pecking orders, and the group based works they take part in, make it hard to recognize work and the executives. Additionally, dissimilar to the conventional workplace situation, numerous representatives by and by take a shot at contracts, are independently employed or are functioning as specialists, and in such a powerful working situation, the customary associations have nearly nothing or nothing to do. Among different countries, Australia is likewise one of the least unionized nations where a simple fifteen percent of Australian representatives are associated with any customary trade guild. Among the youthful, the support rate is as low as 6%. Similar remains constant for USA, Nrth Carolina or South Dakota, where just 3% of the workers have associatio n with the associations (Barrows, 2017). As indicated by the examination report presented by Organization for Economic Co-activity and Development, the worker's guild enrollment of the representatives has been encountering a sharp decrease. The significant explanation for the decrease lies in the failure of the endorsers to adjust to the current situation. The worker's organizations can in any case stay pertinent, on the off chance that they can adjust to the basic changes of the economy. With the expanded ascent of the administration part, development of the little firms just as cutting back of the legislature, the association should re-modify and adjust to suit the current needs. The associations, in the current world can't work in the event that they despite everything adjust the association development methodology of the previous decades, and can possibly endure in the event that they can receive a progressively unique, web based society and money related world. To prove this contention, one can allude to the 2011 occur rence when the clients getting annoyed with the Bank of America for charging individuals for utilizing platinum cards, utilized Internet-based online networking to dissent and constrained the organization to withdraw (Hassel, 2014). In this manner, there is constantly a future for the trade guilds, on the off chance that they consent to re-imagine their structures and strategies of activity. The worker's guilds should attempt to take out its aggregate dealing procedure, and spotlight on making social development pressures while attempting to speak to the representatives. Given the current time of financial downturn, it would be incredibly a tactless choice for the administration authority of an association to check out the trade guilds. The association despite everything stays a ground-breaking power in todays world, and it needs to approach to haggle for better compensation and adaptable working conditions, in the serious market. Be that as it may, it needs to grasp new structures to execute the notable capacity of speaking to the worker needs and concerns. Reference List: Pushcarts, T. S. Power Tools at 2 AM

Power Tools at 2 AM Ive been on campus for over a week now, which basically means that Im being dragged around and coerced into moderately horrible icebreaker activities. In other words, Orientation is in full swing! This also means that REX is over already. MIT is so hardcore that they give you less than 3 whole days to decide where to live this year. As for me, I seriously considered trying to move to East Campus for awhile, but in the end I decided to confirm my original assignment at Burton-Conner. The adjustment lottery was due Tuesday night, final assignments were posted at 6:30 Wednesday night, and we were all required to meet at our dorm at 7:00 WEdnesday for Floor Rush. So basically every single freshman on campus will be logging on to the server at the same exact time so they can have enough time to actually read the name of the dorm theyve been assigned to AND get there. Like I said- MIT is hardcore. Convocation was Monday afternoon (I think- all the days are just running together in my head here) and afterwards we all got a chance to meet President Hockfield. (By the way, the T-shirt Im wearing is from CityDays, the Orientation event sponsored by MITs Public Service Center.) Funny story- When I pulled out the digital camera and started to explain to the girl behind me what the picture would be used for, she got all excited and introduced herself. I happened to be standing in line in front of Laila! (Its always half fun, half awkward when people recognize you as oh, the Laura from the blogs! That Laura!) Speaking of which, during Floor Rush at Burton Conner, I visited every single floor like a good frosh. Conner 2, where Sam and Mitra live, had written on the dry erase board in their floor lounge Conner 2: Home of the Stalked. Well, the next morning we found out that I had been assigned to Conner 2 as well, so now there are three of us all on the same floor. Field hockey is going great- we played in our first game against Gordon yesterday and we won! (Oh, and about that freshman team dinner- we just told everyone to meet us at Annas. Problem solved.) I love the location of our turf field, only because I noticed on the first day of practice that if you stand near the 50 and look slightly northeast, you can see Kresge, the little dome, and the big dome one right behind the other. Its not a particularly pretty picture necessarily, but it really appeals to me. And now, weve finally made it to the wonderful loft story. Right after I finished my last entry, I got an email from Chris, an old friend of Sams. Chris is an 09er too, and he had just moved into his temp room on Burton Third, the famously rowdy floor of the building. So I went over to visit. Chriss next door neighbor, Alex, was busy trying to hang his bike from the ceiling. Pretty soon, there was a substantially large group of people crowding around the door watching Alex and me lift the bike with the pulley system he built. They were all discussing who would be the unlucky person the bike would fall on. Alex of course was vehemently protesting that the bike wasnt going to fall. In fact, it looked pretty cool up there, it looked like someone was riding it sideways along the wall. Unfortunately, we werent able to get a picture before the bike fell. More unfortunately, I would like it to be officially known that whatever anyone else was guessing, when the bike did fall, I was the one it fell on. Soon after this, Megan 08 reminded Alex that he needed to build her a loft. Building a loft is an elaborate project that involves several people, so Chris and I were recruited to help. We built the entire loft from scratch in about 3 and a half hours. The only problem was, we started at about 1 AM. Also, Megans room is pretty small and she was building a pretty large loft, which made things difficult. The loft took up most of the space in the room, which meant we had very little room to maneuver the power tools we were using. Theres Megan, squeezed under the radiator, trying to find enough room to fit the power drill. We also had to cut a few pieces of plywood, which involved the use of a circular saw in the floor lounge. People were coming in, saying, Guys, you do know its 2:30 AM, right? We just said yeah and went back to cutting. The visitor would just shrug and go back to whatever it was he or she had been doing. It was quite the adventure. Because of our help, Alex promised to help build lofts for me and Chris. I happen to have a ridiculously spacious double, so I think Ill just be saving that promise for next year. Speaking of my new (permenant! yay!) room, April (my roommate) and I have decided to paint it. There will be pictures. That is all. Post Tagged #Burton-Conner House

Essay Sample on Movie Review Sarah and Suyuan

Essay Sample on Movie Review: Sarah and Suyuan The short stories of Flannery O’Connor’s 1965 â€Å"Parker’s Back† and Amy Tan’s 2006 â€Å"A Pair of Tickets† both delve on the theme of a person’s lifetime resolve to stand by what he or she believes to be honorable. This act of resolve is achieved by the character’s decision to remain loyal to his or her stated beliefs despite of numerous hindrances to act otherwise, and which is observable throughout the story. Such is the case in O’Connor’s Sarah Ruth Cates and in Tan’s Suyuan, wherein each of them exhibited an unwavering determination not to be influenced by life’s trials and tragedies, and in the process be successful in realizing their individual goal: Sarah’s firmness in upholding her religious beliefs, and Suyuan’s motherly longing to search for her missing daughters. In this regard, this paper will argue that both Sarah and Suyuan acted the way they believe to be noble and mor al, and that both of them have remained loyal to their aspiration of being unbendable in their objective of imposing their goals. Firstly, it is apparent in O’Connor’s story that Sarah is a profoundly religious woman who has been deeply ingrained in the Southern church doctrine. There are many instances in the story that prove this point, such as her father being a pastor at a local church, her insistence on not having premarital sex with O.E. Parker, her hatred for tattoos, and her resolve that O.E. Parker’s tattoo of Jesus is a form of idolatry. Sarah states this matter-of-factly when she stresses, â€Å"Idolatry!Enflaming yourself, with idols†¦I don’t want no idolator in this house!† (O’Connor, 1965, p. 529). Clearly, Sarah’s attitude regarding religious images, the fact that her belief on this had never changed despite of having an idolatrous husband, is an evidence of her strong resolve to stand by what she believes to be right. This is especially relevant when considering that O.E. Parker had been excited and was very sure that Sarah will adore his new tattoo of Jesus on his back. Apparently, despite of the excellent craftsmanship of the said tattoo, O.E. Parker was not successful at influencing Sarah because she has a strong standard for her religious beliefs and that not even her own husband can bend or compromise her standard about God. Sarah’s reaction towards O.E.’s tattoo proves that she is a woman with unyielding determination to uphold the things she believes to be moral and correct. This indeed is a testament to her resolve, given that despite of her love for her husband she is still able to fight for her Christian convictions and lambast O.E. for his idolatrous ways. This has been suggested in the part where it states, â€Å"Parker was too stunned to resist. He sat there and let her beat him until†¦large welts had formed on the face of the tattooed Christ† (O’Connor, 1965, p. 529). Moreover, Sarah’s beating of her husband also seems to imply that for Sarah her religion is more important than her own husband. Truth to tell, such is Sarah’s strength of character that not even her husband can break her will, so much so that at the end of the confrontation, the proud O.E., â€Å"—who called himself Obadiah Elihue—leaning against a tree, was crying like a baby† (O’Connor, 1965, p. 530). Hence, this reaction of Sarah regarding O.E.’s tattoo is a verification of her strength as a principled woman. Similar to the strong resolve exhibited by Sarah, Suyuan too has proven that she is a woman with unquestionable mettle in behaving in an honorable way. This is especially evident when Suyuan was faced with no other recourse but to abandon her babies by the roadside because of the invading Japanese forces. Here, it must be noted that her reasons were not selfish or self-serving, in that she had left all her material possessions with the babies, praying that their would-be foster parents will take care of them as their own children. Needless to say, Suyuan was already near-death when she left her babies and continuing her journey with her babies would surely result in the deaths of all three of them, thus making her decision an act of ultimate motherly sacrifice. Suyuan’s heroic deed mentioned in the preceding paragraph is an evidence of her resolve to provide the best care for her children even in very perilous times, and even at the expense of her own death. This can be seen in the lines describing Suyuan’s ordeal at the very instance when she decided to leave her babies on the road: â€Å"†¦she walked down the road, stumbling and crying, thinking only of this one last hope, that her daughters would be found by a kindhearted person who would care for them† (Tan, 2006, p. 177). Indeed, if Suyuan were a mother possessing of lesser resolve, then she would not have dared to leave all her material wealth by the roadside during wartime, with no security of food, shelter and safety from the invading Japanese forces. Perhaps it can be said that Suyuan is telling her readers, through her action of abandoning her babies, the kind of mother she is. Indeed, all the hardships she had experienced convey to readers of her staunch resolve to always ensure her daughters’ safety and wellbeing regardless of existing environmental situations. However, while it may be true that Suyuan had failed to spend her life with her two babies, it can still be argued that the reason for this was beyond her capabilities. After all, it was war time when this occurred, so that certain situations and dilemmas had forced Suyuan to take drastic steps just to ensure the safety of her two babies. Both Sarah and Suyuan are women whose fortitude have remained steadfast even in the face of external influencing factors and even graver danger. They remained true to their self-perceived mission of acting morally and honorably irrespective of harm that may come their way. As such, for Sarah her fortitude was measured through her religious conviction in spite of having an unreligious husband, while for Suyuan it is by sacrificing all she had for the safety of her babies. These women resolve to act in the best way made it possible for them to each be successful in their respective goals, and in the process live meaningful lives. References The Complete Stories. My Journey Through High School Essay - 1154 Words

Rough Ride To some, four years seems like a long time, but for me the past four years have flown by. In these fast four years, so much has changed and yet so much is exactly the same. You still go to school with most of the same people. You walk into the same familiar building and say hello to the same teachers (give or take a few). During these four years I have lost some friends, but I have gained real ones, which is one of the most important things to me. My outlook on life has changed. I have become a more open and understanding person and I have learned many valuable life lessons. I have made many great memories and I have learned to appreciate everything I have because nothing is permanent. My journey through high school is like a plane ride. The Importance Of A Human, Or Made This Way - 2050 Words

Born this way, or made this way? Millions of children start new lives every day. The process of their development has always been of a question to us. We are still completely unaware of the exact psychological processes that we as children go through. Human psychologists continue to question the dispute of whether the factors that structure a human are biological (nature) or circumstantial (nurture). Genes play an important role in making us who we are. However, genes are also solely responsible for the physical characteristics while nurture creates who we are mentally and emotionally. Through personal experience, I am able to clearly analyze and make my own conclusions. Although nature is an attribute to my physical characteristics, the person I am today can solely be credited to the the circumstantial experiences that occur in my daily life. Nature refers to the inherited traits; each human has roughly 100,000 genes that create the physical characteristics of a child. Genes are only responsible for fostering trait s such as blue eyes, brown hair, and skin color. In addition, nature is also responsible for passing on genes that contain diseases such as Alzheimer s and even certain cancers. On the other hand, nurture refers to the environmental factors that influence a person. Just Human. What Does “Being A Human” Even Mean The...

Just Human What does â€Å"being a human† even mean? The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines human as relating to or characteristic of people or human beings. According to scientists, humans are multi-celled organisms with human attributes. These definitions are not wrong, but they do not explain the importance of actually being human. I mean humans literally rule the world. The definitions of being a human also include having character, personality, and feelings that differentiate between each of the eight billion people on this planet. In other words, people are more than just a nose, two arms, two legs, a head and so forth. We have duties, we have responsibilities, and we have moral standards. During the Victorian Era, Rudyard Kipling’s â€Å"If†,†¦show more content†¦Ã¢â‚¬Å"If† is a poem that depicts the importance of moral standards of a human being, especially between parent and child. Kipling tells the listener that if you lose, do not let others blame you but also allow their blame because if could help you. All people will hate and blame, but you have to block these people out and focus on yourself. Kipling writes, â€Å"If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster; And treat those two impostors just the same† (Kipling, 1895, lines 11-12). Here Kipling capitalizes ‘Triumph’ and ‘Disaster’ and personifies these words and makes Triumph and Disaster as people. The author advises the listener to treat both the same (triumph and disaster). Do not gloat or boast in your triumphs and do not dwell in the sorrows of your disaster. This depicts the theme of morality and ethics in that you should not brag about your triumphs, you should em brace them quietly and keep your arrogance hidden. The documents are based on the type of activities, the tasks and the activities creates the needs for documentation. For example, if in the organization there is need to inform the employees regarding a particular meeting that is going to be held in a particular day, then there will be need for drafting notices, memorandums or circulars for the employees, similarly there is requirement for drafting sales report and project reports. When new employees join any organization, many documentation formalities are done, the new employees are given joining letter, employee hand outs that consists of code and conduct of the organization and other documents related to the policies of the organization (Mihai-Adrian et al. 2017). The information technology of an organization helps a lot in designing of the documents and their products. Presently almost all the organizations use computer technology for designing of all the important documents, like the notices, circulars, memorandums, there are many softwares that help in designing documents for business organization. Templates are available online which makes it easier for document designing and production, format of business letters, notices, circulars and the format of all organization related documents are available online. Printers and fax machines are used for taking out the hard copies of the designed documents. Xerox machines are used to make the photocopies of the documents that are to be circulated amongst the employees. Scanners are used to convert the hard copies of the documents into soft copies which can be further circulated through electronic mails. Organizations have to make their logos and business cards. Document design and format depends on the type of activity for which the document is to be designed, for legal documents, generally a different kind of papers are used for designing legal documents, papers with rubber stamps are used for drafting agreements, contracts and all the other documents that have legal significance. All the documents are required to have the logo of the organization, with the stamp and signature of the Managing Director of the organization. According to the current trend Darwin Information Typing Architecture a model of XML data which is used for writing, DITA will be ruling the documentation sector even in the future. Other tools that are anticipated to be used in the future that will help the writers in creating and archiving documents in .XML format to PDF/DOC/ other praser format so that the documents can be presented whenever and in whatsoever way required. Future customers might want documents to be customized. The writers affect the user experience because of the user interface and the user design (Mihai-Adrian et al. 2017). Five types of documents required for business organizations are Business plan is a very important document that the business owner is required to write, the documents contains the goals, objectives, management plan, marketing strategies and the financial budget. Business plan also includes strategic goals of the organization. This document is drafted in the beginning when the organization is being set up, for the first five years, this document acts as the blueprint for the business operations (Wilson 2014). According to the format of business plan, it consist of executive summary, which is the snapshot of the business plan, it represents the company profile and the goals of the business. Next element is company description, which provides information about the business, the unique features that the business provides in the industry that differentiates it from other businesses. Market analysis report is included in the business plan, market analysis and research is done before the business is started and a report of market analysis is included in the business plan. Organization and management related information, information regarding the service and the product line of the organization, strategies and information related to the marketing and the sales of the business. If any funding is raised from outside, the business plan should include the funding request information. Financial projections are very important for raining funds and this should be included in the draft of business plan. The last part of the business plan is Appendix, it is used for including additional information like, resumes, permits and leases (Wilson 2014). Accounting Documents Another important document for any business are the accounting documents, accounting documents keeps records of all the transactions of the business organizations, purchases, sales, income and expenses all are recorded on daily basis. Accountants provides bills to the customers, they make monthly budgets for the various departments of the company, the accountants write the annual financial reports for the investors and shareholders of the company. Financial budgets, reports are generally long but the invoices are not that much long (Wilson 2014). Business reports Business reports are other business documents, which are of 10 to 100 pages, it can be the annual sales report, annual budget reports and update reports of the marketing department which is made on monthly basis (Thill and Bove 2013). Customer service documents Companies selling services includes certain documents like, warranty related documents, user manual for the customers, that includes information regarding the application method of the product (Thill and Bove 2013). Operational document Operational documents are basically information that are written on daily, weekly and monthly basis, meeting minutes, project proposals about the internal and external activities that business must carryout, are some of the examples of operational documents (Thill and Bove 2013). No I do not agree that Organizational information, budget, resources and technology requirements are not needed to be focused while setting up the standards for documents used in the organization, because all these information and factors are required, they form the basis for establishing the standards that are required for the business. All these details will be required to set the standards, documentation differs and depends on the audience it has been drafted for and the event for which documentation is done (Wilson 2014). The three documents that have been created from a standard documents are Business letters Business letters have a standard format, or can be said that the business letters have standard template, the elements of the template contains heading, date, subject, salutation, body and closing section. Business letters are used for a variety of purposes, it can be written to the customers as a reply to their queries, it can be sent to the suppliers for the supply related queries. Business letters are formal type of letters that are used in an organization for the purpose of communication (Tsun and Nikfarjam 2014). Notices Notices also used standard format, the template of notices contain heading, notices do not have salutation, address is not required in the notices the most important part of the Notice is the heading, it should be designed in a way so that it can successfully draw attention of the employees or the people for whom the notice has been designed. Notices are mostly printed in the paper and placed in the notice board of any organization (Thill and Bove 2013). Brochure Brochures are informative papers that are used by any organization for providing information related to the organization or any product related information, in educational organizations brochures are used for providing information about the institute and also have important rules and regulations. Brochures are standard document that are used to provide information to the customers mostly. Brochures are single fold, bi-fold or it be designed with multiple folds as per the requirement of the information, the length of the information (Springer, Cham. May and May 2014). Yes, each of the elements fulfills the objective they are designed for. They design used for the documents is very appropriate, the objective of the message is clear from the subject section itself, the body of the notices and business letters clarifies the message more clearly. The body part provide the information about the reason for the message or the document (Sen et al. 2014) Business letter for the customers. 156 J Edward Street #105, Meridian, ID 567783. 456-569-7698 To Whom It May Concern, Our company has decided to open an online portal for our customers to book taxis online. Sincerely Gerard Thomas General Manager KTM Taxi Services The documents that will be used for providing training to the junior employees will be Brochures Brochures are documents that are used to provide information; the brochures for the training program will be made to provide the information related to the training that will be conducted. The employees will use it will be easy for them to get help for their training (Mihai-Adrian et al. 2017). Training Agenda Next document that will be used for the training will be the training agendas that will consist of the entire training schedule. Things that will be taught to the employees, according to the days. It will also consist matters that will be included in the training (Li et al. 2014). Feedback form Feedback forms are the most important documents that are provided to the trainees after the completion of training program to know the extent to which the training program was effective. It helps the trainer know the effectiveness of the training program and get suggestions about changes that could be made to make the training program more effective. It is basically the review of the trainees which can be used in the future training programs (Kroetsch et al. 2015). For testing the template that the employee has created first the format of the template is to be seen, format of any business template is very important, in case of legal firms, the templates usually contains names of the certain rules or regulations sometimes quoted clauses of any piece of regulation is mentioned. It is very important to check that the article no. of the piece of regulations mentioned is correct, the clauses are correctly mentioned. After checking the clauses and the regulations it is very important to check that the legal terms are appropriately used, because each of the legal terms have their own legal definitions, wrong use of the terms often changes the meaning of the sentence and often create problem (James, Lazdunski and Pattus 2013) The template for production of notice for appearance on behalf of the defendant, which was drafted by you. The draft was good and you have followed the format correctly. The format that was followed was good but I would like to mention that it was not exactly the standard format that we use for legal matters. The template lacked few thing that were supposed to be mentioned. It seemed very simple and the purpose was not clear in the draft. The rules should have been written in a more clear way so that it can be understood. So the template require some changes, the brief details of the case can be mentioned in the template and the date of appearance is missing that also needs to be mentioned. Kindly draft the template according to the review and the missing elements mentioned. Meeting agenda and minutes Meeting agenda is required to mention the issues that will be discussed in the meeting, the order of the discussions and the time taken for each of the subjects to be mentioned and discussed in the meeting. Meeting agenda focuses on the reason for which the meeting is conducted, the agenda should be simple, clear and well timed. Meeting agenda provides structure to the meeting. Generally, the meeting agenda is in the hardcopy format and is distributed among the participants of the meeting, in some cases the brief notice is mailed to the participants of the meeting, but the agenda is mostly in hard copy format. The meeting agenda is sometimes discussed orally or through digital presentation, the purpose is to make the participant of the meeting prepare beforehand about the meeting. A meeting agenda can be in form of soft copy using Microsoft word document and can be distributed through e-mails, or a hard copy of the meeting agenda can be made and it can be distributed to the members o f the meeting before the start of the meeting (Ionescu 2014). Meeting minutes Meeting minutes are basically the discussions and the activities of the meeting, unlike the meeting agenda the meeting minutes are drafted simultaneously with the meeting, in this every details of the meeting are mentioned, it includes the result of the meeting discussion and what were the conclusions of the meeting. Meeting minutes are either made on computers or written on notepads. (Hughes, Champion and Murdoch 2015). The three advanced technological function or application software used for document document design and production are Desktop publishing In desktop publishing, computer applications, digital graphics and multimedia formatting is used to make electronic documents. Digital pages can be created by desktop publishing, which can only be seen electronically. Virtual pages can also be created through desktop publishing, which can be transferred electronically. Desktop publishing is used to create a standard quality documents, which contains both text as well as graphics which is formatted for single page publication. It is used to make printed documents such as book covers, brochures, and fliers for advertisements. In an organization, desktop publishing is used for making brochures, fliers, pamphlets that contains product related information. Word processor Another computer program that is used for document design is word processor, it gives the users not just the text editing tools like WordPad program which is a part of Microsofts Windows OS. It was created to be used as text building programs, which are much simpler for using from the text editor, it is not just a text editor. Wang is the initial user of this, which popularized the workstation system designed for the secretaries and other staffs in the employees who has to create business letters and other important documents of the organization. Spreadsheet Spreadsheet in an organization is used for showing accounting and other data in rows and columns. Spreadsheets are computer application that is used for physical stimulation of spreadsheets through the capturing, displaying and manipulation of the data, which are arranged in rows and columns. Spreadsheets are one of the most common applications of personal computers. The data holding spaces in spreadsheets are termed as cells, based on the placement of the cells they are labeled. Mostly the spreadsheets are designed in a way that they can hold numbers, or short texts. It also helps in showing the relationships of the data graphically. In order to identify the macro virus there are certain symptoms that needs to be identified: The computer will run a slower speed than it runs normally. The computer will ask for passwords for those files that does not require passwords. The documents are saved in the computer in the form of template files. Error messages will appear on the computer (Hughes and Foley 2014). Ways to resolve the problem of Macro virus Macro virus can be removed with the help of professional checking or it can be also checked manually by choosing ToolsMacro and then the resulting list of macros can be compared with the list that was created initially. Like all the other viruses and malwares, prevention is the best method for checking the viruses, which can be done by, updating the security system on regular basis so that it can be guard against the new viruses, updating the computer system for protection. Digital signature should be used so to identify sources of items to be downloaded so that one gets to know what they are downloading and running a program is not a risk. Good antivirus should be used so to ensure that computer is safe from all kinds of risk (Gardner 2013). Macro viruses are found in the within the documents or can be found as malicious codes in the word processing applications, they come in to the personal computers through the attached documents in emails, the code can be downloaded. The code can be downloaded after a click on phishing link, in online advertising that uses banners ads of the URLs. It is very difficult to be identified, because they are not operative until a default macro is on run in in the time they do a series of commands (Fan and Fujimoto 2017). The presentation will be done based on the level of knowledge of the trainees, presentation will be made interesting so that the trainees don not find the presentation boring and lose interest in the presentation, that not help in meeting the needs of the training program. Only the relevant information will be included in the training. The name of the document would be Standard documentation Procedure which will be designed for the JK Sporting club. Standard Documentation Procedure All the documents will follow a standard format that is used for that particular document. Before the document are circulated it will be review by the senior manager who will be handling the document drafting. The personnel will check that the documents have followed the standard used for official purposes. All the documents will be saved for future purposes and will have multiple copies all saved in different locations of the computer. The document will be circulated through e-mails. The master copy of the document will be saved in computer files in which all the necessary The document will be called as guidelines used for mentoring the standards of documentation the document will be circulated through the help of emails, printouts of the document will also be taken out and distributed among the employees. The master document will be stored safely in the computers so that it can be further used as record (Bangert-Drowns 2014). The copies of the templates and the macros will be as per the requirement of the document. There was a regular review conducted regarding the use of the Macros and templates that are used by the employees in the organization and it is very concerning matter that the format that is used by the employees for creating business letters, brochures and notices are most of the times wrongly drafted. Many times there are minor mistakes but many times there are major mistakes that often creates problems for the audience to whom the business letters are addressed. Rest other things are properly incorporated in the report only the format of the templates and the macros that are used should be corrected. It has been noted the format that was provided by me to the employees are not correctly used and hence there are many issues related to the templates and macros designs. Therefore, training is needed to be provided to the employees so that they avoid making mistakes while designing any documents. Yes, I agree that once the documents have been drafted aacording to the standard, there is no requirement for continuously reviewing it, because it would be wastage of time and money. The standard documentation procedure will itself be the guideline for good quality document. If the standard procedure is correct and as per the organizational requirement there would be no need for reviewing repeatedly. However, there has to be personnel who will check all the document has fulfilled all the requirements, just once Executive Summary The following report is based on the strategies and the procedures used for document design in Soft consoles Pty ACN 115 368 XXX which manufactures and sells games consoles. As this is a new business there are several documents that will be needed to be amended and for that purpose the documents will be designed. The designed documents will follow a standard that is common in business operations. There has to be strategies that will be used for document designing and production. The following report focuses on how the procedure of documentation production and distribution will be done. The guidelines for creating, formatting, revising and distribution of information and communication in any organization are the standard. The topics that are included in the document creation, managing of files, naming the files, saving and sharing, writing, language use and style, content and style specific to the organization, design, format, production guidelines, accessibility for the users with different abilities, quality assurance and accuracy, document lifecycle, development, approval, distribution, review and revision. The aim of document standard is to provide consistency throughout the work of documentation (Cangemi 2016). For designing documents and ensuring that the documents meet the requirement, a standard method is to be used, that involves following steps: Identifying the operational requirements The first step will be identifying the functional requirements of the organization and requirement for documentation. It is important to identify the areas for which the documentation is to be done. The documents have a set functions that are designed to make sure that it is useful to the end users for the specific tasks for which the document production has been done. It is very important to identify the need for the document, those needs are to be defined and once it has been done it becomes easier to proceed to the next step. Defining current situation The next stage is to define the current situation, the prevailing way that is used for documentation in the organization. The entire process of documentation is analyzed in this system review. Flowcharts are used to show the prevailing documentation process, other things also needs to be reviewed like, organizational responsibilities, the person responsible for document production and design. It is important to analyze the hardware and software available in the organization for document design and production. The inputs of the data the organization has needs to be reviewed, and what are the outputs needed, what are errors in the current and what improvements are required. Defining the proposed document In this stage, it is to be determined that what documents the organization needs so that it gives information to the organization how will it achieve its goals and objectives. It is very important to look at the documents that could be created into the so that organizational goals and objectives can be met. Identification of organizational, operational and User Impacts In this stage the impact of the document on the organization is to evaluated. The need for new employees, training, the method that will be used for backing up the, the need for new software and hardware is to be looked. This calls for creation of elimination of areas that will be affected by the changes that are being made. The impact might be wide ranging so it is very important to see all areas are considered, this includes The method that will be used for document distribution Method through which the information will be flowing through the organization How the document will affected the end user will switch from one document to another What will be cost and source of the new software How will the document be added to the system How will the activities be impacted during contingency situations All these areas might have a big impact on the operational areas of document design, production and distribution Defining Assumption and Constraints In this stage the assumptions of document development that might affect the rest of the process needs to be examined. Assumptions are those areas where one has provided details but not is clear. Keeping in mind these constraints it needs to analyzed that how organization is ready for it. The documents that will be produced includes, business letters, notices, circulars, brochures and financial budgets. The quality that will be used for the will be of business format that is standard and used by all the organizations for making the documents. The layout used will also be of the standard quality. The language and the style that will be used for creating the documents will also be as per the standard format that is used by the business organizations. The language style will be formal, jargons will be avoided, and it will be designed according to the audiences so that they can understand the message that will be provided to them through the documents. The document creation will be done using computer applications, like Ms Word, Ms Excel so that the message is in organized way and not much time is being wasted in creation of the documents. Manually making tables is quite a difficult task and often cause errors for the audience to understand. The documents will be made using the various tools available in the software application of the computers. Standard document will be created by following the set format used by the organizations, notices, circulars, budgets will have many copies, and so both hard copies, printouts of the documents created as well as the electronic copy that will be transferred through mails. Employees will be trained so that they can follow the exact format for creation of the documents. For making business cards, external personnel will be required because it requires lot of designs and the layout can be as creative as possible therefore it is created through the help of technical experts who make business cards. Legal professionals usually make legal documents like the contracts, agreements, and advocates these documents should be made very carefully and a lot of legal terms and clauses are used, the validity of the legal documents depends on the fact that an advocate has created it and includes his sign with proper stamp. The internal staffs will be making the documents like business letters, notices, brochures and pamphlets. The information will be entered in to standard documents using the computer applications or type writers can also be used for making documents. After the completion of the documents, the documents like circulars, notices will be made in hardcopies; the printouts will be taken with the help of modern laser printers and placed in the notice boards placed at different locations within the organization so that it is accessible by all. Brochures will also be printed through the help of laser printers and they will be colorful. The documents will be stored in the files and folders of the computer system and the documents will be saved online like in the Google drives so that it is not lost when computer crashes down. The hard copies of the documents will be stored in files and proper lamination covers will be provide to the documents so that the documents are not spoiled, legal documents are kept as records for future use therefore it will be kept very carefully (Argenti 2015). The budget of expenses will be of 250,000 dollar that the company expects to earn from the sales; the money earned will be used for hiring 33 employees. 150,000 will be used for the salaries of the employees and the remaining 100,000 will be used for training and advertisements so that the company can earn more. For document creation the company is planning to invest, 5,000. Templates will be created using various software applications available online like Canva which will be used for designing the templates. Many layouts available will be used for making the templates for the business letters (Allen and Kraakman 2016). References Allen, A., 2016.
